08/23/10 Morgan E. Tucker, Jr., 20, Sullivan, was arrested on three Franklin County warrants all for the same charge of Failure to Appear. He was released on bond.
08/23/10 Byron A. Cato, 39. Eldon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated and on a State of Ohio probation violation warrant for the original charge of
Non-support. He remains in custody.
08/24/10 Corey A. Neff, 22, Leasburg, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on bond.
08/25/10 Bradley S. Simon, 39, Farmington, was arrested on a Rolla municipal warrant for the charge of Failure to Appear and on a St. Francois County warrant for the charge of Failure to Appear. He was released to Rolla Police Department.
08/25/10 Mark E. Royer, 37, Jerome, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for the charge of Possession of Thirty-five Grams or Less of Marijuana. He was released on bond.
08/26/10 Edgar E. Coleman, 47, Leasburg, was arrested on the charge of Receiving Stolen Property.
A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.
08/26/10 Wayne R. Shoults, Jr., 51, Leasburg, was arrested on the Crawford County Charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and on two Franklin County warrants for the charges of Failure to Appear and Driving While Intoxicated. A warrant was issued for the Crawford County charge and he remains in custody.
08/26/10 David F. Robben, 18, Leasburg, was arrested on the charge of Distribute/Deliver/ Manufacture/Produce a Controlled Substance. He was released after twenty-four hours with warrant being applied for.
08/26/10 Bradley W. Doyle, 31, Bourbon, was arrested on the charge of Drugs Chemical Possess/ Manufacture, on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of Passing Bad Checks and on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated. He posted bond on the Crawford County warrant and was released to Franklin County with warrant being applied for on the drug charge.
08/27/10 Steven L. Covert, Jr., 29, Crystal City, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Revoked. He was released with time served.
08/30/10 Lee J. Harrell, Jr., 22, St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Stealing a Motor Vehicle. He remains in custody.
08/31/10 Matthew J. Smith, 27, Steelville, was arrested on a Callaway County warrant for the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was release to Callaway County Sheriff’s Department.
08/31/10 Lawrence W. O’Neal, 40, Bourbon, was arrested on the charge of Theft/Stealing. A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.
